Curated for Class is a boutique, founder-led luxury travel consultancy run by Chris Su, established in 2014. We design custom travel itineraries built around your points balances, cash budget, and timeframe. The defining feature: every hotel, airline, and lounge we recommend has been personally stayed in, flown, and scored — our review portfolio is entirely self-funded and publicly accessible.
Fora and Virtuoso are large networks — 15,000 and 20,000+ advisors respectively. Their advisors earn commissions from hotel and supplier partners, which subsidizes the cost to clients but introduces an inherent incentive to book within partner networks.
Curated for Class is one person operating a flat-fee model. We don't take commissions, which keeps recommendations independent. More importantly, every property on our recommendation list has been personally stayed in and publicly scored — a verifiable first-hand record that a network advisor balancing thousands of partner properties typically cannot offer at the individual level.
After booking a service, you'll complete an intake form and schedule a 30-minute discovery call. We then research and design two or three route options that balance your points, cash, and timeframe. You'll receive a proposed curated itinerary — typically within 48 hours — and we revise from there. For The Curated Itinerary and The Bespoke Journey, we stay on-call before and during travel for changes or recommendations.
We do not book using your points and miles unless explicitly asked by you. We value privacy and our clients' hard-earned accounts. Our role is to identify the highest-value redemptions across your loyalty programs — transferable credit card points, airline miles, and hotel points — and provide detailed guidance so you can execute the bookings with full control over your accounts.
Three tiers: The Consultation is complimentary — a focused discovery session for a single trip. The Curated Itinerary is $495 for a fully designed trip. The Bespoke Journey is $1,495 for multi-leg, multi-city journeys with concierge support. All fees are flat — we don't take commissions, and we don't mark up bookings.
Our deepest first-hand coverage spans Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Ireland, and key regions across the United States — including Napa Valley, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, Orange County, Hawaii, and other renowned destinations. We also have growing coverage of Southeast Asia and Western Europe. For destinations where our coverage is lighter, we'll be candid up front — we'd rather decline a trip than recommend somewhere we haven't personally vetted.
We take a small number of clients each quarter. Inquiries usually receive a reply within one business day.
